We have seven varieties of Peaches which include:
Garnet Beauty, Red Haven, Golden Jubilee, Ernie
Choice, Canadian Harmony, Madison and Rising Star.
Peaches begin to ripen about the first week of August.
Containers and wagons are supplied for our peach
customers. We are open Tuesday – Sunday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
CLOSED ON MONDAY.

Sour Cream Peach Pie

Pie Filling
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tblsp. flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice peaches. Mix with all the above
ingredients and pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake 30 minutes until
pie is slightly brown.

Topping
  • 1/2 cup chilled butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
Blend above with pastry cutter until crumbs are the size of small peas.
Sprinkle topping evenly over pie and bake 15 minutes. Cool completely.
